"We can not solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them."
– Albert Einstein
Part One: The Problem
If you're like many high-level business owners or entrepreneurs, you're probably feeling frustrated and 'stuck'. While you may have experienced rapid growth in the past, something is holding you back from continuing on that trajectory of success and you've reached a plateau.
This is a very common problem, and it has to do with the way most companies try to get "unstuck".
I have personally worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs (many of whom are also friends), who have reached a high level of financial success and respect in the marketplace but have no time to focus on what's important to them. They're putting in more hours managing people and problems, rather than working on their area of expertise.
Perhaps you can relate? After putting in years of effort to grow your company to its current level, you find you're working too many hours per week, there's too much drama, and it all seems to be paying off less and less.
Other people see you as the 'successful head of a large company', but they don't notice the trade-offs: the sacrificed time with your family, friends you haven't seen in months, and the fact you haven't even thought about a vacation in years.
I've also seen many situations where the CEO's company is experiencing rapid growth, hitting all the milestones that should equate to success and happiness, but the drama that comes with it all is becoming unsustainable.
Luckily, there's a process you can follow to avoid falling into these traps and burning out!
Part Two: How to Make the Problem Worse
Before discussing the best solution, let's address what many entrepreneurs do to actually make the problem worse.
As I mentioned, I've worked personally with many entrepreneurs who are at this stage in their development. And what I've seen is that, when I started working with them, they've already tried to solve these problems on their own (to their credit).
But the problem is, most of the solutions they have tried didn't work – or if they have, the results have been limited.
For example, the entrepreneurs I meet who are looking to get to the next level might have already done one of these four things to try to get unstuck:
- They may pick up a book that seems to address the problem, read it, get excited about the "solutions" it presents, and try to implement it in their business; only to experience lackluster results and pushback from their employees.
- They may hire an expensive coach to help them "break through" the problem, and work to find solutions, but again, with limited results that fade over time.
- They may join a mastermind group in hopes that their peers will be able to get them. This may be exciting but often ends up just putting more ideas in front of the business owner who doesn't have the tools, time or experience to actually implement.
- They may purchase tools in the hope of solving the issue. However, this gets expensive because no matter how many bright shiny new "solutions" you buy, it's often a gamble whether they will actually work.
Does any of this sound familiar?
If so, don't beat yourself up. At least you've been TRYING to do something about the problem…even if you're not solving it.
The good news is, there IS a solution.
Part Three: How to Actually Solve the Problem
Over the past several years, we have trained over 40,000 students, from thousands of companies, in over 60 countries. We've helped them create breakthroughs to grow and scale with less drama and a better quality of life.
How to Get 23x More Productivity and Results
We have developed a unique process, not available anywhere else, for high-level entrepreneurs and business leaders to follow, that actually has an implementation and completion rate of around 70%, as opposed to the average 3%.
Imagine how getting a 23x greater implementation rate would impact your company. What if your team could help take all of the ideas you have, and make them real? What would it mean for you and your companies future?
We are focused on implementation and results, rather than just (e.g. cookie cutter; standardized; basic; run-of-the-mill; etc.) learning or coaching that ultimately goes nowhere. This is why we say you will get an "immediate ROI" with our method.
It's called "The Hybrid Method of Learning", and here's why it works so well…
Our unique approach is a 4-step process which leaves nothing to chance. Using this 4-step process, we help companies breakthrough their "plateaus" so they can grow and scale, with less stress and less drama.
And if you are a company already in the midst of rapid growth, but have multiple internal issues affecting your productivity, organization, and reliability, we help reduce the drama so you can focus on growth and progress, not problems.
We help you shift the problems into opportunities so the systems can run as they should, and you can finally scale up to where you should be.
We free up you, the entrepreneur, to do what you love, and do best – so you can regain your "life," all while experiencing greater levels of success.
Another secret to our success is, we don't just teach you – we teach your team, so they can do the work you need them to do, at the level you need them to do it at.
Because if you don't invest in your team - along with yourself – you will end up with massive pushback and lack of understanding of the new models you are learning.
As you may have seen in the past, no matter how excited you are about learning and implementing new ways of doing things if you do not have buy – in from "day one," you will ultimately end up having to do the work yourself.
This is not what we want. We want you and your team to be working together for smooth change and rapid growth, and this is how we accomplish that…
Part Four: What The "Hybrid Method of Learning" Is And How It Works
"The Hybrid Method of Learning" works because it's not just one thing or the other… it's a 4-step integrated process that helps you create a deliberate practice to get results:
Step 1. Direct Learning from the Top Thought Leaders.
Get cutting edge strategies from the top thought leaders who invented and created them – not just a professional who teaches business theory. You get the learning directly from the experts and avoid misinformation or a watered down version. Growth Institute faculty such as Verne Harnish, David Meerman Scott, Jack Daly, Brad Smart, and others will increase your chance at an accelerated breakthrough.
Step 2. Live Group Coaching Sessions.
You go over what you've learned, get clear on the concepts, and make a plan for exactly how to implement it with live coach-lead group sessions. We don't leave you to plan on your own using only a book or rely on seeing the information one time. You show up weekly for the group sessions to get your specific questions answered, review case studies, and focus on the next steps for implementation.
Step 3. The System Toolkit.
You will receive tools to speed along your implementation quickly and easily. We'll show you what works so you don't fall back into bad habits. These tools are your roadmap to give you direction and get on track, as well as to help your team stay on track – easily – almost like a step-by-step blueprint. These tools will help drive action for the duration of our time working together.
Step 4. Peer Masterminding.
The mastermind process helps you to connect and offer a support system during the implementation process. The more you can collaborate with other like-minded peers at your level, with similar business problems, issues, and opportunities, the more accelerated your learning and action.
We use this same process, methodically, every single week – and it's how we've helped thousands of companies in 60+ countries.
You will achieve and see results (i.e. your "Immediate ROI"), consistently, every single week.
This process is so powerful – it's a bulletproof strategy, and why we can say we have implementation rates of around 70%.
Entrepreneurs and business leaders who work with us not only understand "how" to make the changes needed in their companies, they are enabled to finally "make" the changes, step-by-step, rapidly, without faltering or losing steam.
